TechZone Electronics deals only in quality-checked products, including new and refurbished electronics. Because responsibility for a product’s condition can become unclear once it leaves our hands, our policy works as follows:

• We are responsible for any damage or fault that is present on a product before or at the point of delivery.
• We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery as a result of use, misuse, accidental drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair/opening of the device.

Once this confirmation is completed, the product is considered accepted in working condition, and any damage arising afterward is the customer’s responsibility. If a product is confirmed faulty or damaged at the point of delivery (before this verification step), we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with your consumer rights.

Because batteries are a wear item, especially on refurbished units, they are covered separately from the rest of the product:

• Expected battery backup: Refurbished laptop batteries are estimated to hold approximately 3 hours of use under normal conditions; actual backup time varies by model, age, and usage pattern, and is not guaranteed beyond the 48-hour defect window.
• Battery performance issues reported after the 48-hour window are not covered under this policy, unless a longer warranty is explicitly stated on the specific product listing or receipt.

• You will receive a purchase receipt/invoice for every transaction.
• Our replacement, repair, and refund procedure for faulty items (as described in Section 4) is available to you at the time of sale — ask our staff or check your receipt for details.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable, and invoices will clearly show the total amount, itemized goods/services, and VAT.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information you share with us, including delivery verification photos/videos, from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
